How we approach Valve Refurbishment
- MSG follows Quality Plan/Policy. An initial inspection of the valve, which may include specific visual inspection or internal testing to determine its current valve performance.
- A detailed report and recommendations to explain the work required to ensure the continued safe and effective operation of the equipment.
- A full inspection and strip down of all valve components with photographs, to fully inspect their condition.
- The valve is then reassembled, using either OEM or locally procured spare parts.
- Further testing is then carried out where necessary, to ensure that all equipment is safe and effective to return to service.
- All applicable paperwork is completed, including any guarantees against the work carried out.
- Complete Data will be recorded in the Fille maker software which can be kept for 10 years or more.
